T.A. Systems brings over 30 years of expertise specializing in the design and manufacture of automated and secondary assembly equipment for any of your plastic welding, inspecting and assembly needs.

The scope of our equipment varies based upon the needs of our customers. T.A. Systems is known for fully integrated assembly systems, stand alone assembly machines and specialized machines. We are located 45 minutes from downtown Detroit in Rochester Hills, Michigan.

Full Service

T.A. Systems is a full service provider to our customers. Our capabilities go far beyond that of building an assembly machine. Our true capability is demonstrated in our support of our product and our customers launch.

Capable Staff

Our operations are fully equipped to design and manufacture turnkey systems in-house. Staffing includes technical capabilities in all facets of specialized machinery including the electrical and mechanical components of our systems.

Program Management

T.A. Systems' program management teams allow a single point of contact for customer programs ranging in size from a single workstation to a fully automated assembly line. This single point of contact works as an additional resource for our customers. They not only review product design, but also ergonomics, specifications, process flow, project timing, commercial issues and cost management.
