Fabric Wrap / Edge Folding
Our machines are designed to make consistent, high quality parts each time. We design our machines to wrap parts that have multi-access trim requirements. We are able to integrate both the adhesive application and the edge wrapping into one machine for flexibility and to decrease labor requirements. Our edgefold machines offer a cost effective solution for complex parts. We are able to wrap various materials including cloth, leather and vinyl around a multitude of shapes, sizes and contoured components. We can manufacture dedicated edgefold and wrap machines or we can integrate the process into an interchangeable tool allowing for flexibility. |
