T.A.Systems is a leader in designing and manufacturing interchangeable tooling. We work with customers early on to design interchangeable tools to allow for various components and processes to be assembled into one base frame. We will design around your manufacturing needs.

We design our machines with controls that will recognize what tool is in the machine and work accordingly. There is no need for reprogramming or setup. The machine is designed so that each tool has an identification that is recognized when it is loaded into the machine frame. We have designed quick disconnect pneumatic and electrical features that allow for an extremely fast changeover. The tool cartridge can easily be changed by one operator. We have designed the tool cart so that it is easily maneuvered by one person. We offer alignment features on both the upper and lower die shoe as well as on the machine frame. We will work with you to design a machine base to allow for future programs to be run in the same base. This will allow for a longer amortization of the capital.

We can design interchangeable tools for various applications including but not limited to Servo Sonic welding, Punch and Pierce, Edge folding, and Clip Insertion.
