T.A. Systems is a leader in the innovative design and manufacture of robotic clip insertion machines. We design our machines with flexibility in mind. We will design the machine so that multiple programs may be run on the same tool and future programs on the same machine. We integrate bowl feeding systems that automatically feed the robot clips in the proper orientation. We will design and manufacture our own end of arm tooling to meet the required clips and fasteners. Our clip insertion machines are designed to correctly insert the clip/fastener, check for presence, and properly orientate the clip. »Applications
